Join the Tree Utah and the Alta Environmental Center for their monthly Tuesday tree harvest at Alta.
Join them in digging seedlings out of the middle of ski runs. These trees will be placed in pots and cared for in Alta’s tree nursery. When they are ready, the trees will be replanted in favorable areas.
The temperatures will be cool and the company pleasant to walk around a bit and tackle our little noxious invaders. Just in time to make room for all the pretty native wildflowers to grow.
Bring a friend, sibling, or child. It’s rather relaxing work!
