Friends of Alta will spend another summer removing invasive weed species and maintaining the trail systems in Alta. There are several dates available for volunteering and we greatly appreciate all your strength and enthusiasm. The trail work and invasive weed pulls are made possible through a partnership with the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation and the US Forest Service. These events are also in collaboration with the Alta Ski Lifts and Town of Alta.
Summer 2009 Dates The meeting location for all volunteer opportunities will be just west of (before) the summer booth on the south side of highway 210 near the picnic tables. Call or email Jen with any questions at 801.742.9719 or info@friendsofalta.org.
